The hard market-competition, the forming information society, the globalization means growing challenge for the managers, who are responsible for the business processes and the results.  In this situation it is necessary to know how can the managment's activity be more effective, how can they make the best decisions? In the second volume the Reader can find not only the problem themselve, but the solutions as well, an besides there are several tasks and situations to solve, to get practice in the problemsolving. As the case studies in the book derives from the authors's practice, they are useful in the daily decision-work. The solutions in the book are prepared mostly with the well-known Excel program, but the authors point that with lower computer capacity a menu driven software, the Lindo can be also applicable.
