RTEBP Reengineering Technology for effective Business Processes

The Result of the  Ph.D. Research

 

The RTEBP method is anew , for the Central European business environment adapted BPR Re-engineering methodology based on a wide survey-result. This re-eng. methodology was developed by Maria Raffai in the frame of the Ph.D. dissertation. The results of this survey based on the interviews have taken with managers of more than 865 different firms and enterprises in Hungary in the Year 1997. The RTeBP method gives a clear structured flow of an effective re-engineering process, and uses the most up-to-date technologies (component modeling systems and the object--oriented concept) and tools for improvement.
